In order to qualify for Quality Inspection Training, one must first have two years of on-the-job experience.
This experience must be in mechanical inspection or another related field. All applicants must also have a high school
diploma or a GED. The diploma or GED requirement may be waived if you have an additional three years of
on-the-job training in a related field. For those who meet these requirements, a written exam must be passed.
These are conducted twice a year and take four hours to complete. The exam is offered in English.
